How to Play One Point at a Time

Staying at the Moment of Your Tennis Game

How do you play one point at a time especially when you have some bad points or missed shots?

Most tennis tends to lose their focus when they face early mistakes during the tennis match. This is very common for some and they allow their selves to be affected by their past mistakes. In this sports psychology tennis video, you will learn how to move on and not dwell on these mistakes and play at your best.

In addition, Dr. Patrick talks about the importance of mental game focus and staying in the moment of your game to succeed.

  1. My 14 yr old son used to okay very confidently. He has had some tough losses and now has began to second guess his game. He is playing with doing and fear. His practices and lessons look great but he is not able to transfer that to his matches
